Speaker's Bio: 

During 30+ years in the Pharma Industry in Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Manufacturing Cindy developed her own leadership skills as well as those of others.

Using her ICF accredited Associated Certified Coaching skills she accompanied her team and colleagues through various issues or struggles and facilitated seminars to bring alignment and cohesiveness to teams.

Cindy is passionate about inspiring and motivating individuals to uncover their essence, because she believes that within each of us, is a loving, kind and compassionate self.

Cindy believes her innate super power allows her to take complex challenges or ideas and reduce them to manageable problems. Her aspiration is to continue to develop these skills while she listens and responds with head, heart and gut.
