Hi Everyone,
 

For those of you who were at our last meeting, you will recall that I talked about issuing a challenge, and that the challenge had something to do with rowing.

I am challenging each member to donate $1 USD for every 1,000 metres (1 km) that I row between 22 Nov and 24 Dec. I would like to row 100,000 metres (100 km). The total donation would then be $100 USD.

Please see the attached poster (which April Wall designed). This will appear on our website, and I hope that we will have something to display my progress on the website as well.

I plan to get this message out to all of the clubs in District 6330.

Just go head and make your donation as you normally would. You do not have to let me know, but it would be nice to summarize how many people took up the challenge.
