You've Gotta Dance Like There's No One Watching
Donna Bayley and Kathryn Mitchell from Dance Steps Studios in London spoke today about the importance of dance and Donna's journey from a reluctant dancer at age 12 to appearing with the Royal Winnipeg Ballet and starting her own dance studio, Dance Steps, in 1989. The excellent powerpoint used by Donna and Kathryn is posted in the download section of the homepage.
This video, although it from December 2012, shows a group of the Dance Steps ballet students rehearsing for the Nutcracker being performed at the Palace Theatre that month.
