Successful Social Night at Van Horik's

Our club meeting for Thursday March 27th was moved from the morning to the evening and from West Haven to Van Horik's Greenhouses to host a community social event.  While the weather outside was cool and raining, inside was warm and bright as members of the Hyde Park Lions Club; North West Optimist Club and Hyde Park Business Association mingled with our members.  Missy Haggarty brought samples of flavoured olive oil for us to taste and an assortment of sandwiches from Cranberri Country Market in Mt. Brydges.  There were probably in excess of 50 community members in attendance in what was a very successful and enjoyable event.  Many expressed interest in doing this again.
