Day of Giving
"Day of Giving"
On Saturday, January 31, 2015, the Rotaracters and Rotarians joined together for the 13th. annual Day of Giving whereby teams of 3 or 4 will visit elderly, disabled, and individuals who need a few light chores done. Washing windows; cleaning kitchens and bathrooms; are just a few tasks that are easy for the young and healthy but challenging for those who are not. The appreciation we received from those we helped and the camaraderie of our team was a wonderful reward. Overall, the volunteers helped 60 clients around London, and made their day a little bit happier.
